A complete profile with detailed information about your business, service provided, price modules, achievements, and photos is important to increase the chances of customer hiring your service they require, we encourage you to complete your profile with comprehensive information with user-friendly price modules structure for improved user-friendliness and superior user experience
HOW DO I GET REVIEWS AND RATINGS FROM CUSTOMERS
Customer reviews and ratings are really important. They really help you build your reputation to increase your chances of hires on Matches. The more reviews you get are likely to increase the jobs you'll get.
On Matches, the more 5 star or 4 star ratings you get, the higher your overall performance rating score you will be and the lower commission rate you will be charged.
Once a service is performed and completed, the customer and yourself have to acknowledge the completion of the service by clicking "Complete Job" on both of your mobile devices. Once a job is considered complete, a simple survey will prompt the customer for satisfaction checks, the customer can also provide review and rating at the same time.
Nevertheless, you could also encourage the customers to complete the review and rating for you as you think you have done a satisfactory job and deserver a good review and rating.
